Karen has been creating innovative brand strategies for companies like GEICO, Discovery Health Channel, VCU and Virginia Lottery for over 25 years. Previously, she acted as both the President, and Senior Strategist at Siddall, Inc.; helping clients from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits establish authentic brands. At the Martin Agency and Arnold Worldwide, Karen was a management supervisor, overseeing teams as they developed and executed marketing and brand plans. Karen also holds Masters of Education, which allows her to pair technical training with branding skills, developing new ways to help organizations define their culture and through this create a genuine, connective brand.
Karen has lived all over the world including England and Switzerland, before landing in the United States. She enjoys training for races, spending time on the water in her sea kayak and having fun with her son Andrew now that he has officially left the Marine Corps Band.
